UPDATE ON BUDDY!

Check the new pictures of Buddy!

Buddy came to our rescue several months
ago as a stray - he was skin and bones. A few months in foster care and he is looking soooo much better!

Unfortunately - like most of the adult dogs that come through our rescue - Buddy has tested positive for heartworm and needs to be treated before he can find a forever home.

Please consider chipping in to Buddy's Heartworm treatment. Even $5.00, $10.00 will help him to reach his goal.

He is a wonderful, goofy boy who will make a devoted companion to a Lab-loving family.

Thank you for caring about Buddy!

DORA & KORA: THE LONGEST RESIDENTS OF ALL

Dora the Explorer:)

Dora and Kora are a mother/daughter team that have literally been in our care for YEARS. We do not understand why nobody wants these sweet girls... They are truly wonderful pups.

Dora is "mom" to Kora.

They both live peacefully in a foster home with other dogs (male, female, small, large.)

These girls are house trained and crate trained.

Both have been successfully treated for Heartworm.

Although they are bonded and would love to find a home together - they can go home separately to the right homes.

Dora - sticking her tongue out at the world!

Please pass the word about these two beautiful girls! They have been in limbo way too long and deserve a family of their own.

BEST BUDS - MOLLY & SNOWBALL!

Here we have some updated pictures of Snowball (now Sheila) - who has gained a some much-needed weight and is looking pretty in pink!

In the same pictures - we also have Molly -who is now being fostered by Steve, Sheila's adoptive Dad!

These two girls are peas in a pod - sharing a rawhide (!) Two women sharing one piece of food? Who has ever heard of such a thing?

Thank you Sheila for sharing your home and food with Miss Molly!

Thank you Steve - for sharing your love!

MANDY IS STILL WAITING....

Momma Mandy has been waiting an awfully long time for her chance at a home....

Since she arrived in our rescue
- she has given birth and watched her puppies go off to rescue
- she has survived heartworm treatment
- she was left behind while her sister, Chloe, was transported to New England to her new life and family.

Mandy is a sweet sweet girl - who loves humans and lives peacefully with other dogs in her foster home.

Her life is pretty good considering her beginnings - but there is nothing that compares to having a family to call your very own.

Doesn't Mandy deserve her chance at a forever family? Please open your home and heart to this sweet girl!

CHECK OUT BEAUTIFUL BOB!

Check out Bob - another one of our long term residents.

Bob has completed his heartworm treatment thanks to his doggie angels and is now a VERY healthy pup (maybe a little too healthy!)

Bob is an active pup who would love another energetic canine companion to play with in his forever home.

On top of being drop dead gorgeous... Bob is house trained and crate trained. He gets along well with other dogs and humans!

Won't you consider adding him to your pack?

NEW PICTURES OF SWEET SUSIE!

Wow! What a GORGEOUS girl Susie has turned out to be!

PAWS volunteers, Lisa and Leanne were busy last weekend - taking new pictures of some of our long term residents.

It is amazing to see these cast-away pups blossom with food, love and vet care! Sweet Susie looks like a completely different dog than then small, thin-coated pup who arrived in our care many months ago.

Susie is now happy and healthy - now all she needs is a loving adoptive home....

Susie smiling!

The wind blowing in her gorgeous coat...

Let's play!

Here I come!

Susie is good with other dogs and cats...she is house trained and crate trained....

Please consider being her forever family.

BLOSSOM - BEAUTIFUL BULLY NEEDS IMMEDIATE HELP!

Blossom was rescued by a kind-hearted woman who pulled her out of a local shelter right before she was to be euthanized. Blossom was rescued with love - but not with much of a plan...as her rescuer really was not equipped to take in another dog.

As a result, Blossom has been living tied outside for way too long. Now Blossom's rescuer is moving and unable to take Blossom with her.

Blossom needs a foster home that is able to keep her inside as part of the family ASAP. This is a very people-oriented dog who should not live alone outside.

Blossom's situation is URGENT - she needs a place to go RIGHT NOW. If we cannot find a place for Blossom - her rescuer will euthanize her as bringing her shelter would result in the same.

Blossom would love a foster home with a fenced in yard - and perhaps a boyfriend to run and play with. Blossom prefers male dogs over females.

Blossom is a loyal and loving companion dog - please help us get her out of the yard and onto the couch!

If you can foster Blossom - please contact marionangels@yahoo.com - or fill out our online application.
