MEET ADORABLE SCOTTY

WOW- What a cutie! This is Scotty, a Maltese mix we think. He is about 6-8 years old and was found wandering the streets. Scotty may have some hearing and/or vision difficulties, but we're not sure. Poor baby tries so hard not to have an accident in his cage (he's living in a small crate basically) and really needs a foster home. Please help this little guy- he won't take up much room!
