MEET TIGGER!

Tigger is one of 4 puppies that were abandoned at the shelter (actually left in the back for who knows how long without water or food). They are pretty lucky that one of the staff members went outside because otherwise they might not have been found (the shelter was empty outside at the time). Tigger is a typical pup who longs for love and affection.
