OH POOR NEWCOMER... LADYBIRD

Poor Ladybird...she was actually abandoned (dumped really) near Hot Springs, Arkansas by a truck driver. Luckily, a good samaritan picked her up and took care of her. Unfortunately, due to a job loss, the family is unable to keep Ladybird. She is a sweet girl, but needs to be approached slowly (as you can imagine after her ordeal she is a little weary of quick movements, etc.). She really needs a forever home so that she learns that not everyone will abandon her. Please hurry!

    Hello! What a beautiful English Coonhound! Looks a lot like Scout :). Trucker didn't appreciate how to find a new home for such a fine dog. She is too gorgeous.

    She does look very much like Scout (Scout used to reside at the Marion Shelter). It is sad that we even have a story such as this. Thanks Bobbie for your comment!
