MEET NEW ARRIVAL: MANDY

Meet Mandy! She is a very sweet, approximately 1-2 year old Pug mix (at least we think) who is so lonely at the shelter. This little girl is having to live outside with the flies! Please consider fostering her while we search for a great home for her!
