STILL WAITING FOR A FOSTER...TIGER

Tiger is so handsome (and incredibly sweet). This boy is still waiting for someone to foster him so he can start heartworm treatment (yes another one waiting...). Please take a minute to look at his adorable face. Doesn't he deserve a chance too?!
