PAWS of Marion was honored to be selected last week to be August's Featured Animal Rescue Organization on DogTime.com!
As many of you know - rescue work can be overwhelming, expensive and heartbreaking. Sometimes you feel like nobody is out there listening to your pleas for help and that the list of dogs needing rescue too great for a few volunteers to make a difference.
To receive acknowledgement of the work that we do brightens our spirit and gives us the motivation to continue making a big difference to a small number of dogs that would not otherwise had the chance at life they deserve.
A big "thank you" to DogTime.com Editor, Leslie Smith, for helping to bring exposure to the plight of dogs in our area of the world.
