Brother's Trey & Bear on transport day
Who can forget the picture of these scared brothers, Bear & Trey, heading off on transport to a new life? These two sat at our local shelter without any adopters even glancing in their direction...
We just received the below update and pictures from Bear's new family - once again, the hard work and long ride paid off!
Just wanted to send you a quick note to update you on Bear.
We've named him Hux...short for Huxtable (we're big Cosby show fans)! He took to his name in less than a day.
He has adjusted amazingly well to his new home, and is to happy and thriving. We are getting a kick out of him.....he's such a good boy! We started puppy training last Thursday, and he has proven to be super quick learner.
I've attached a couple of pictures. Hope all is well, and thanks again for everything!

Bear's family also wrote that they are going to try to connect with Trey's family so that the boys can have a playdate!
