THREE DESERVING DOGS GET THEIR CHANCE!

Sophia isn't worried anymore!

Despite having no room at the inn - PAWS volunteers, Lisa and Leanne could say "no" to fostering these three pups from the Marion Animal Shelter when they were "out of time."

Sadly - mixed breed cuties like these are everywhere in this area - so have little chance of adoption locally as the competition is stiff.

Fortunately for Paw Paw (cannot imagine where that name came from - look at those paws!), Sophia, and Sweetie Pie - They were spoken for by a rescue in New England and headed North to their new lives and loving families on Friday.

Paw Paw (aka Lil Dude) - look at the size of those feet!

Stunning Sophia

Sweetie Pie!

Joining these two on transport North were Jett - a long term resident from the shelter who has been waiting over a year in foster care and Sissy who was pulled at the last minute into foster care from the shelter by her angel - Cara.

Jett's wait paid off!

Sissy on her way to transport

Thank you to all who helped save these pups. Proof that fostering DOES save lives!
