BABY BRYCE IS ALL GROWN UP...

Most of you probably will not remember Bryce - He was just a puppy when he came through our rescue well over a year ago.

This sweet boy and his brother - were terribly undersocialized, scared puppies. Eventhough we were fortunate enough to send them to rescue fairly young - they did not receive the human contact they needed during their formative months and did not feel comfortable being held and touched by people. When this happens - it takes a lot of work and training to overcome the fear of human hands and affection.

Both puppies, Bryce and Braden - were fortunate enough to find loving forever homes after spending quite a bit of time in experienced foster homes. Bryce was the shyer of the two pups - and his foster mom worked with him for months and months to get him ready for adoption. Her work paid off!

You can imagine how rewarding it is to receive the below update on Bryce (now named "Blue.) along with a picture that says it all.

Here is Bryce with his person. He spends all day swimming in the river hanging out with his Dad, Terry. Terry has earned Bryce's trust and can touch him and snuggle with him! Deb, his foster mom, who visited said that Blue/Bryce adores Terry.

A big thank you to our rescue partner for not giving up on these boys. It is success stories such as this one - that keep us going!
